MEMOFORM™ is a special, viscoelastic foam with optimal, productspecific advantages. It is used for saddle pads as well as for saddles and saddle girths.
This material, for a long time already successfully implemented in other areas – for example in production of special mattresses for people with back complaints – has extraordinary advantages over conventional fillers.
The memory effect compensates for problems due to saddle fit or conformation problems. Used as saddle pad the optimized weight distribution promotes the well-being of the horse in motion as well as the quality of the riders seat because of a better positioning in the centre of the saddle.
A special ventilating covering fabric under and above the MEMOFORM™- foam, fixed by a newly developed (trademark registered) bonding, prevents accumulation of moisture and heat which also assists quick drying of pads and girths after riding.
Our saddles: We use MEMOFORM™ for the undersurface of the saddle cushions. It perfectly fits to the muscular movement and promotes the well-being of the horse.

LEMICO™ is a leather-like material with identical appearance, but extremely hard-wearing, tearproof and easy to clean. For example LEMICO™ stirrup leathers offer – under normal use – a tensile strength up to 500 kg without stretching – something which a traditional stirrup leather could never do. This explains, why all strapping products and certainly also saddles made of or in combination with LEMICO™ perform much better than leather products.
LEMICO™ can be easily cleaned with water and a mild detergent and does not have to be oiled, just use a soft, absorbent towel for drying. It stays soft and will not perish.
Particularly under constant and permanent use, especially also for professional riders or Eventing riders, where dirt can‘t be prevented, LEMICO™ shows its unbeatable advantages.
